Telesales Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Employee Benefits companies in the UK based in our Stevenage Office on a full time basis.

We are looking for an ambitious highly motivated outbound telesales executive with good customer service skills and a positive attitude to be part of a growing team. The individual will need to be a self starter and have a willingness to learn the Employee Benefits market with a view of future progression in the compnay.

The role of an outbound telesales executive is critical to the future growth of the company. You will be expected to create appointments leading to new business and to drive the performance of the team, generating good quality leads and appointments for our Employee Benefits Consultants.

For the successful candidate, we will offer a basic salary and uncapped bonus structure which is extremely generous.

Requirements

Ability to create new business and drive sales performance in a target based field. A proven track record in B2B Telesales is desirable. Confident and forward thinking sales approach. Excellent communication skills. Ability to influence and liaise with all levels of staff. Motivating and enthusiastic leader.

Telesales Executive Job Duties

• Makes outgoing B2B customer calls or cold calls in order to generate appointments
• Takes incoming customer calls and queries
• Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
• Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
• Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
• Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
• Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops
