The Process

It all starts with a few simple questions.

Whether you are a small, medium, or large business, it all starts with some questions.

  • What benefits do you already have in place?
  • Are you getting value for money from your existing products?
  • Do you have a health and well-being strategy?
  • What do you want to achieve?
  • Do you understand the wants and needs of your employees?

Step 01

Hello Meeting

The first time we meet, we will tell you all about how we work and get to know you. We determine what is important to you and your aims and objectives.

Step 02

Review Your Existing Plans

In this part of the meeting, we analyse and review your current products and ensure that you are getting value for money. Often, we see companies having a number of plans that at times overlap or are not fit for purpose. By reviewing these, we can look at ways of streamlining things that will save our clients times and money.

Step 03

Setting Goals and Objectives

During this meeting we fully explain any existing products you may have and establish if they are going to help you reach your goals. An exciting part of the process is discussing some of the initiatives that you have always wanted to offer your staff, for both the present, near and distant future.

Step 04

Creating an Employee Benefits Package

After we have agreed what initiatives you want to introduce, and when you want to do this, it is then time to get your employee benefits package in motion. Your plan may well include both existing schemes and new recommendations; as we are independent employee benefits consultants, we can ensure our recommendations are tailored exactly towards your needs.

Step 05

Review Your Benefits Package

A vital part of the consultancy process is to review your benefits package. Everything is subject to change, be it legislation, product development or of course our client’s circumstances. The review meeting is imperative, as the path to our client’s goals is very rarely a straight one.
